To register and maintain an active account on ina777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are 21 years of age or older. ina777 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will terminate any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity acting through a representative for the purpose of circumventing these Terms).

• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended, or banned by ina777 for breach of these Terms.
• You have not enrolled in any self-exclusion programme at ina777 that remains active.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if it changes.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ina777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify us of any breach.

All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). ina777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), as well as cryptocurrency transfers via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Deposits: Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in your name. Withdrawal processing times are indicative and subject to the applicable payment network:

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry periods.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

General betting and gaming rules include:

• In the event of a clear and obvious error in odds, game results, or payout calculations, ina777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ina777 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally prohibited.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, chip dumping, or exploitation of system errors.

• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.

• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or databases.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Any loss of funds or winnings arising from technical failures, service interruptions, or system errors beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by a User on the basis of information, statistics, or odds displayed on the Platform.
• Any disruption or delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, or cryptocurrency networks.

ina777's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ina777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account with or without notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Discovery that the User is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the User has provided false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or AML-triggered investigation.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account balances are subject to a monthly administration fee as set out in the applicable fee schedule.
• At the request of the User (voluntary closure).

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method after satisfying all applicable KYC and AML requirements. Balances arising from unverified, fraudulent, or bonus-abuse-related activity may be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ina777 holds its international gaming licence. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Where mandatory consumer protection provisions of Malaysian law apply and cannot be excluded by contract, those provisions shall take precedence to the extent required by law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

ina777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users via the email address on file and/or display a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
